CMHA members gather several times during the year to exchange ideas and share best practices, including networking opportunities with corporate sponsors and ways to enhance their for-profit subsidiary operations to market group purchasing and other fee-for-service offerings.

Annual CMHA meeting sponsorships are in high demand and are limited to four corporate sponsorship opportunities for its two- and half-day meeting.

In addition, CMHA also has exclusive, individual sponsorship opportunities for online web-based meetings.

Most metropolitan and regional associations have a shared service/for-profit division and actively seek new financial relationships and partnerships with companies offering healthcare-related services/programs. These associations have sophisticated salesforces and routinely meet with over 1,400 individual health systems and hospitals in major cities across the country to promote their partners’ services and program offerings.

Benefits

Annual meeting corporate sponsors attend the CMHA meeting and provide short presentations on their company service offerings and programs. These sessions are an interactive exchange between the sponsor and CMHA members. In addition to their formal remarks, annual meeting sponsors are also invited to the kick-off evening member/sponsor reception, plus the next day member luncheon and the group dinner. These annual meeting social activities enhance the networking opportunity for both sponsors and CMHA members.

Online/virtual meeting sponsor provide short presentations on their company services and offering and program.

After the annual meeting and the online/virtual meetings, CMHA provides formal sponsor introductions to each CMHA member to allow the sponsor to schedule follow-up calls, conduct on-site meetings and more detailed explanation of service offerings. These leads are invaluable and represent excellent sales opportunities to over 1,400 individual hospitals and health systems.
